Easy to Cook & Serve Clam Chowder

  • Servings = 12 -15 cups
  • Boil in bag instructions: Boil the un open bag in water for about 1 hour submerged in a large pot. Helps to rotate top to bottom once during cooking. Once done, remove the bag carefully - it will be very hot! Hold from one corner, cut the other, and proceed to carefully pour out the hot!! chowder into the same pot you boiled in. Serve warm. Add bacon bits and croutons to make it a real party!  Hold great in a crock pot as well.
